Amazon doesn’t allow sellers to create and operate multiple accounts however few sellers may register second or third accounts with a different name and business details. These accounts are known as Multiple / Duplicate accounts. Creating multiple accounts in itself is not an issue. But if Amazon detects a link between your first and other accounts, you will get a notice of account suspension.

Actually, Amazon wants to keep its eCommerce market fair and square. It doesn’t let the sellers have multiple accounts to curb the unethical practices and reduce competitive advantages of those unscrupulous sellers who want to trick the Amazon system.
Also, extra amazon accounts reviewing is not required that ultimately save time and human efforts.
How to Avoid Amazon Account Suspension Notice
You can easily minimize the probability of receiving this notification, and can respond effectively if you:
- Take approval for multiple accounts in advance
- Legal business reasons
- Stay away from accounts that have no association with you

First think logically, why you need another Amazon account. Do you have various business that actually requires two or more different amazon accounts? Or do you want to segregate product categories or inventory from each other?
Some sellers have two amazon accounts however I know a few sellers who have even three different amazon accounts just to manage their business effectively. But, most of the seller create a second account as a contingency plan.
Most of the sellers create their second account at very next moment they get notification of account suspension for their first account. You have to understand that creating a second account will not protect your first account anyhow.
As per the standard guidelines designed for the amazon seller performance team, they assess your real need for creating a second account. And, they can take decision based on the specific details of every individual case.
It’s easy to compare your request on groups or forums with other sellers, but do remember that decision will be finally made on the basis of your account history and business conditions.
2. Legal Business Reasons
You have to email Amazon Seller Performance team with legal business reasons for approval of second amazon seller account.
What makes your business legal for amazon? You have to prove that your second business has nothing to do with first business and have separate operational procedures. You will use different financial and tax ID information to manage separate accounting processes.

You can operate from the same building,, mention the floor in the address. You should just have the rent agreement and utility bill for that address.

It was totally my fault, I didn’t know that even if I closed my Amazon account, that data would still be with Amazon. So I closed an account and created a new Amazon seller account with all the documents. I apologize to you for this mistake.

How to reactive my one account

Unfortunately, I will not be able to help you with this. Amazon will reinstate the account only in 2 cases:
1. If you can somehow prove that the accounts were not related.
2. If you reinstate the first account and then appeal for the second.
In your case both are not possible and I haven’t seen any account being reinstated in such a situation. The best you can do is try to contact Amazon Seller Support to see if they have any solution for your case.

As per Amazon guidelines, you are not allowed to own 2 seller accounts. The best you can do is mention that you had logged in through someone else’s computer as your device was not accessible at that time. And mention the IP and other details of that device and claim that you do not own another account. But in case there is anything common between the 2 accounts, then chances are low that the account will be reinstated.

Did you manipulate any of the documents that you submitted? If you did, then you have to explain what you did and why as this is a case of forgery.
If you submitted all authentic documents and have not made any changes to them or manipulated them in any way, then you will have to prove it by providing some additional proofs that substantiate your claim.
