  • i want to open a amazon seller account, i have rented a floor in a building to operated my pickup operation and stock keeping, but the main problem is that in the same building another company also has an amazon account & pickups from different floor, can my amazon account get suspended if i give the same building number in my pickup address also

    • Hi Varun,

      You can operate from the same building,, mention the floor in the address. You should just have the rent agreement and utility bill for that address.

      Also, let the seller support know and take it in writing that there is no issue in such a scenario and save a copy of that, for future reference.

  • if you want to change your pickup address from seller central account, does amazon require the address proof of the new pickup address?

  • I plan to sell private label products on Amazon Seller Central in North America and Europe.

    Amazon wanted me A bill dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address visible. But my electricity bill was in my father’s name, There was an online statement of the internet bill – It had no signature, Next, I apply for a new credit card from my bank and get it within 1.5 months And collect valid statements. Later when I am able to collect all the documents for accounting and verification on Amazon, Then I close the (mdmostaimhossain@gmail.com Seller Name is- “RedRiverFashion”) account Talking to Amazon Customer Support, I closed the account completely and create a new account with this email (jibonmostaim@outlook.com Seller Name Is- “REDRiVERFASHiON”)

    It was totally my fault, I didn’t know that even if I closed my Amazon account, that data would still be with Amazon. So I closed an account and created a new Amazon seller account with all the documents. I apologize to you for this mistake.

    I only need one account so that I can sell my products in America and Europe. I have a seller account via this email (jibonmostaim@outlook.com) Yesterday I listed the product in the UK Marketplace. But there is also no permission to sell in North America due to having multiple accounts.

    How to reactive my one account

    • Hi Mostaim,

      Unfortunately, I will not be able to help you with this. Amazon will reinstate the account only in 2 cases:
      1. If you can somehow prove that the accounts were not related.
      2. If you reinstate the first account and then appeal for the second.

      In your case both are not possible and I haven’t seen any account being reinstated in such a situation. The best you can do is try to contact Amazon Seller Support to see if they have any solution for your case.

    We had an trial account sit as it is from past 6 months in our common common computer for r&d purposes but recently one of our employee logged into our main account through that common computer. Hence the main account got suspended a while back . Now i am searching for a right solution as we feel he might have linked the trial account with same contact number of main account.     • Hi Nikhil,

      As per Amazon guidelines, you are not allowed to own 2 seller accounts. The best you can do is mention that you had logged in through someone else’s computer as your device was not accessible at that time. And mention the IP and other details of that device and claim that you do not own another account. But in case there is anything common between the 2 accounts, then chances are low that the account will be reinstated.

      Did you manipulate any of the documents that you submitted? If you did, then you have to explain what you did and why as this is a case of forgery.

      If you submitted all authentic documents and have not made any changes to them or manipulated them in any way, then you will have to prove it by providing some additional proofs that substantiate your claim.

    My account has suspended due to multiple seller account related violation
    But I have no any other account or related other account
    I create new account on Amazon and after 1 month has deactivated
    I have also create appeal and appeal has reject they demand for additional information and after
    Discussion from Amazon assist they tell me that your account related to the account which display name started with the ‘INC’ OR ‘RTD’ but in my contact there was no any another account as like it so
    What should I take next steps and what kind of appeal we should create from which my account Re activate

    Please give the advice

    • Hi Harshit,

      It happens a lot of time that Amazon account is suspended due to multiple related accounts, even if your account is not related to any other seller account.

      It could also be because same laptop or Internet connection was used to open multiple accounts. Or the pickup address has already been used in the past. Or Amazon found any other information matching with another account.

Kindly tell me which supporting documents you submitted to prove that you don’t own the second store. Also please provide me the plan of action you submitted with that.
