To upgrade the plan simply make the payment of balance amount by using the same user details used previously and mail the same at amazingmarketer24@gmail.com. A New Time-Slot will be provided on the availability.

No, you CANNOT change or upgrade the plan while on call in any scenario. However, you can book a new Time-Slot for further discussions.
What if my query is not resolved within the booked time-slot?
It is recommended to keep all your queries & relevant details ready beforehand to utilize the time-slot in the best possible manner. Also, it is advisable to book an appropriate package based on the number of queries and complexity of the issue.
How many queries can I ask?
You can ask as many queries as you can within the allotted time slot
I haven’t use entire allotted time, will you refund my money?

What if I didn’t use the entire allocated time?
Your consultation time will be monitored strictly. Following are the guidelines of the same:
Basic Plan – No refund
Standard plan – If call duration is less than 10 minutes, your plan will automatically be considered as BASIC and, the price difference (INR 300) will be refunded.
Premium Plan – If call duration is less than 10 minutes or 20 minutes, your plan will automatically be considered as BASIC or Standard respectively and, the price difference (INR 300 or INR 200 – whichever applies) will be refunded.
Since the time slot is fixed, are there any suggested preparations I can do before the call to avoid wasting time?

It is recommended to keep all your queries & relevant details ready beforehand.
Mail your queries at least 48 hrs prior to the scheduled call so I can advise the additional requirements, if any and provide the best possible solutions without wasting any time.
Ensure that you are in an area with proper network coverage free of noise or distraction
What if I am unable to take the call?
Three attempts will be made to connect with you at the scheduled time slot. If you are unable to take the call for any reason, you have to book fresh consultation.

Can I reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule your booking only once. However, you have to notify 1 day in advance. Also, the new slots will be suggested based on availability.
What if I cannot take the call at any of the time slots suggested by you?
You can reply to the mail with your concern and preference on the same day that you received the time slots. We will try to give you the time slot based on your preference. But we cannot commit as slots are pre-booked.
What happens if I do not confirm the time slot and it has already passed?
You can contact us for another time slot. But such requests will be considered only once. If you fail to confirm the time slot the second time also or do not take the call after confirming the time slot, the booking will be marked as closed. No refund will be provided. We are as busy as you are and expect you to respect our time.
